1. What are your billing rates?
Rates are determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to: facility type, nurse compensation, geographic location, population, clinical experience and volume.
2. Can you provide coverage on short notice?
NurseWorks has an approximate 85% fill rate on last minute coverage called in with less than 24 hours notice.
3. Can I hire/transition your nurse(s) onto my staff / payroll?
Currently, there are provisions in our staffing agreement to allow for buy out of nurses and/or temp to perm arrangements.
4. Are your nurses employees?
Our nurses are employees and are covered by the agency for Worker's Comp/Liability and Malpractice issues while on assignment.
5. What is your contracting process and how quickly can we get nursing services?
NurseWorks will send you a copy of our staffing agreement, which outlines the responsibilities of NurseWorks (agency), the nurse (employee) and the client. Once the agreement is fully executed, services can begin in as little as 24 hours, provided that orientation and/or in-services are not required prior to the provision of nursing services.
